Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for orders over £40.
Do you ship internationally?

No we currently only ship to the UK. However we are looking to expand our shipping internationally soon so stay tuned for updates!
Can I cancel my order?

We pack our orders fast, so please get in touch ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order. If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount. Please contact info@fourjewellery.co.uk with your order number and wait 72 hours for a response.
Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your jewellery breaks or tarnishes within 30 days, we’ll offer you store credit equal to the item’s original value. Just email us at info@fourjewellery.co.uk with your order number, a description, and a photo of the issue.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery at info@fourjewellery.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll sort it out with store credit if eligible.
