We Offer Store Credit If:

Your jewellery breaks due to a manufacturing fault

Your jewellery tarnishes within 30 days of delivery

If either of these applies, please contact us at info@fourjewellery.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

A clear photo or video showing the issue

A short description of what went wrong

Once approved, you’ll receive store credit equal to the original value of the item (excluding shipping costs), which you can use toward your next purchase.
